RAW STUDIO is incorporated under the laws of Colombia, where our main headquarters is also located.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE FULL SET?
No, it’s not necessary. You can exchange or return only the piece you need, whether it’s the top or the bottom.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We work hard to ensure every garment meets the highest quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@rawstudio.nyc and we will review your case as a priority.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
It’s very simple. Write to us at info@rawstudio.nyc so we can send you the return form. Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your exchange or a full refund. RAW STUDIO is not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
Yes. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country, and they are the customer’s responsibility. RAW STUDIO has no control over these charges. For more information, we recommend consulting your local customs office.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at info@rawstudio.nyc
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
RAW STUDIO gladly accepts exchanges and returns as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Taxes and duties are non-refundable.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Colombia: Shipping costs $15,000 COP, free on orders over $480,000 COP.
United States: Shipping costs $20 USD, free on orders over $500 USD.
Rest of the world: Flat rate of $30 USD for all international orders.
